Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

I’ve called over 10 times in the past 48 hours. Every time it rings for around 30 seconds then automatically hangs up. Don’t waste your time they are not interested in helping customers.

I’ve had a great time living at 101 Center! The amenities are impressive, especially the pool and fitness center, which are always clean and well-kept. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. One thing that really stands out is the responsiveness of the staff. The maintenance team is always quick to fix any issues, and Zion and Autum are incredibly helpful, making sure all residents feel taken care of. The location is also super convenient, being close to everything I need. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live!

Living at 101 Center has been a fantastic experience! The fitness center is top-notch, and the pool is always well-maintained and enjoyable. The clubhouse offers plenty of space, whether you’re looking to unwind or focus on work. The maintenance team is outstanding—always prompt, friendly, and efficient in handling any concerns. I also want to give a special mention to Zion and Autum, who consistently go the extra mile to ensure everything is running smoothly. I had a couple of concerns when I first moved in, but they were resolved right away. I highly recommend making 101 Center your home!

When I first moved in things were very rocky here. However, over the last few months they have got new managers that have been doing a great job of improving one thing at a time. Overall, I am happy to live here now and I am even considering renewing.

Thanks so much for your review! We're so glad that you're enjoying your time at 101 Center. Happy to hear that our team is providing excellent service and making your time at our community even more enjoyable! We'd love to have you for another year!
The lift has not been working for 4 months now an there seems to be no progress. The maintenance of the apartment is very poor, I've been living here for more than a year and have not seen anything ever being cleaned except the leasing office.

Hey there, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Please email us at 101CenterMgr@greystar.com to speak to our Community Manager directly so we can ensure your concerns are appropriately addressed.
Do not pay attention to all the fake reviews from people who only took a tour here but never actually lived here. This property has had 5 DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT COMPANIES in 3 years. Things are ALWAYS broken. And not just small things but like BEDROOM LIGHTS THAT THEY WONT REPLACE (and you can't replace them yourself bc they are specialty lights) and THE ELEVATOR is always broken. I have no idea how anyone with limited accessibility could live here. ALSO, the Security is ALWAYS DOWN. You're supposed to have a key fob to enter the building and a garage opener to get in the gate but EVERYTHING is ALWAYS BROKEN so just anyone can come in. There was someone SLEEPING IN THE MAILROOM last week. For a downtown apartment, this lack of security is inexcusable. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS A PART OF WHAT YOUR RENT COVERS. OH! and good luck getting anyone to respond to your emails. or phone calls. or be in the lobby DURING OFFICE HOURS. It is managed by a front office of 20 year olds that have no ability (or care) to change anything. DO NOT DO IT.

Anonymous, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret that you had a negative experience, and will use this as an opportunity to improve. Please contact us at 101centermgr@greystar.com so that we can work to create a resolution for all.
In February 2021 we were without water for a week. My apartment flooded due to the huge freeze we had. It took them WEEKS to actually come look at my apt. There was water coming out of the light fixtures, I kept calling until they finally came. When I first moved in, all the doors to my apt were MISSING. The previous renter had 5 dogs in here. So you can imagine the SMELL. Hit and runs happen in the parking garage. Property damage doesn’t get fixed ( someone broke off the door knobs to entrances ). The hot water was off for 4 days. The managers fail to communicate problems with residents. My unit didn’t have a working AC unit for 2 weeks, until I wrote their corporate office. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells, pee/poo on the stairwells, key fobs never work, someone stoked a handicapped persons mobile wheelchair. We had a gnat problem for MONTHS. They refused to take care of it until enough people complained. Don’t move here. Save your money. It’s not worth it.

Hi there - we regret to hear you were displeased with your recent experience at 101 Center. Please feel free to get in touch if you'd like to discuss it with us directly so we can make it right.
Where should I start on why you should never stay in these apartments? Let's start with the 4 work orders I have had open for the past month! There are monthly random fire alarm set offs, hot water has been shut off now fr 5 days and management blames every one from the repair company to the city & today "they got the green light but were waiting on the water company, but water would be restored today."....ANOTHER LIE!! The halls are s dirty & stink. Dumpsters are locked n the weekends so trash sits out.

Hello - it's truly upsetting to hear that you didn't receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. I'm going to talk to the team here at 101 Center to see how we can improve for next time.
I lived here for a 7 month sublease and it was by far the worst apartment I've ever lived at. All of the managers are "working" "from home" where they can only be reached by email and respond in 2 business days. The only people actually at the complex ever are the leasing agents who can't help with anything. There's also an issue with the thermostats (there's 2 in each 4x4) where if the thermostat that controls your bedroom is set to anything colder than the one that controls the common area the one controlling your bedroom will just run nonstop until it's 55 degrees in your room when it's set for 68. The elevator was also out of service a few times for weeks on end and there are roaches and people who blast music in the courtyard every night. They leave their patio doors open any play loud music for everyone at 2am during the week. Again, by far the worst experience I've ever had. Would give it 0 stars if I could
Property Manager at 101 Center, Responded To This Review
Kevin, we're incredibly sorry for the frustrating living experience you'd encountered at 101 Center for your sublease. It is never our intention. to leave residents helpless without staff onsite, and in the time that you'd lived with us we were restructuring our entire management team resulting in inefficiencies in performance. We're glad to have our established team onsite now, but do want to again say we're sorry for that impacting your time here.
Things were nice when we first moved in, but after a while, things went downhill. Didn't have air conditioning for a little bit. Management and the front office staff didn't work hard and were rude, never had masks on and never made you feel like your concerns were important. Trash rooms overflowed to the point where the door to the room didn't even close anymore (that brought fruit flies that infested all the apartments in our hall). Facilities were always dirty (pool, gym). The parking garage gate never worked so I never felt safe. All the hallways were dirty so the whole place smelled like trash. Make sure you ask to see what your apartment will look like because I moved into a 1 bedroom but was shown the 3 bedroom showroom which was of course nice. Called multiple times after to see if I could see what I was moving into but there was never one available (not even a photo or anything). Please consider living elsewhere in Arlington!!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at 101 Center, Alexis. It is our effort to make certain we don't create experiences like this for our residents, and we're very sorry to hear that we failed you as a resident of our community. We have many steps forward to take from here and want to be sure that your voice is heard in the matter. Thank you for making known what you'd like to see change about our complex.
I am only going to give it a 2 star, I would like to give it a 2.5 but that's not an option. To be EXTREMELY honest with you, it's not that bad of a place, or maybe I got lucky with my unit. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and for that, the rent is around $1300, coming with their website discount. I can only speak for the one-bedroom, you get the basic stuff such as Washer and dryer, a bed with a mattress, a table with chairs, a couch, and even a coffee and TV stand. The material is a bit cheap but it's nice for a one-bedroom. The neighbors can get a bit loud (I lived on the 3rd floor) but it wasn't so bad. The worst part about this complex was the trash shoots, they were DISGUSTING and I mean trash everywhere, it was really hard sometimes to walk inside because the floors either had puddles or rotten food, and trash was scattered all over the place. Another issue is the trains; I personally didn't mind it too much, the noise was quick and the passing was fast, however, if you hate being close to the train tracks then don't move here. The hallways are dirty as well as the fans don't work, parking wasn't so bad unless it was midday then finding the best parking spot can be a hassle (especially on the first floor). However, with that, I would suggest it to someone who has a roommate and it's their first time renting an apartment without their parents. It provides wifi, internet, electricity and your own space. The price can be over the top just because you are 4 mins away from the campus but it can be worth it if you are looking to be alone for the first time.

So thankful for your comments and regards about 101 Center, Desi. We understand certain aspects of the complex or the community can sometimes present stumbles or hurdles, and we're always happy to help wherever needed if a resident lets us know about an issue. If there's anything we can do to help you currently, please give us a ring or stop by the leasing office. Thank you again for providing your humbling feedback to our crew.
This place sucks. No cross ventilation in some of the rooms. Staff are unprofessional, constantly changing management. This place deserves a 0 star!

We apologize for any frustrations you're experiencing at 101 Center, Nene. We now see that you've left reviews on Google and this platform, yet haven't heard from you after our initial response. Our new general manager Mason is doing everything he can to weigh the feedback of residents and determine our best foot forward for the community. Would you have some free time next week to schedule a 1-on-1 with him? He can be reached at mcowell@101center.com. Thank you, Nene - we hope to be of some quality help to you soon.
I love living here, everything is included and it’s convenient not having to pay for water and WiFi! I’ve been living here for two years now, the location is PERFECT! The size of my unit is wonderful and everything I need. Lastly, there is new management and they are so friendly! They go out of their way for me to fix past mistakes that previous management COULD NOT.

We love having you!! Thanks for the beautiful remarks and for shouting out the work our management team does to keep things running nice and smooth for you here. We're devoted to all of y'all and will do whatever we can to make your stay better. Thank you again!
I have lived here three years and been through three management companies. No one seems to care and all about money. Hallways filthy, lights burnt out in hallways, stairwells filthy, homeless caught living in them, garbage rooms filthy and destroyed, lines need to be repainted in garage, garage door needs to be fixed. New more maintenance!!! This place gone down hill since it opened. Doors are broken and no one fix them. We can’t get to our house without taping door lock. No movie channels for 2 years because we have DISH here and they been fighting HBO and Cinemax. So can we have starz and encore? No one seems to care or take pride in building. Most people I know moved out.

New management has been helpful, most of the headaches were from previous management but campus advantage has done pretty well. I’m a grad student and 101 has been the best place for me during my program. Not super loud, filled with young professional and students for the most part. It’s cool that we’re considered downtown and so close to campus at the same time. Everything’s included with rent which is cool and helpful.

We're so honored to see your comments and praise, Frances. We try so hard to make this the best home for all of our residents and every review we get like this makes it worth it. Thanks for highlighting some of the best parts about living here, and for choosing 101 Center. :)
If I could give 6 stars I would! My son lives at this complex and it’s his first time living on his own. As a parent, it’s very stressful on me to have my son have problems while I’m located elsewhere. With the help of the new management team, especially Kelsey and Shantel, my son’s living experience has put me such at ease and I couldn’t be more grateful! Anyone moving to the Arlington area I will point them in this direction for apartments.
Property Manager at 101 Center, Responded To This Review
So incredibly happy to see your comments, Obi! We love our residents and it's exciting to see that reflected through a parent review. Our team is here if you ever need anything; thanks again, Obi!
I believe I will start with the massive amount of trash piles in the trash rooms. It's quite similar to living in an actual dump! On each floor it gets to the point where you can barely open the door because of the amount of garbage on the ground. Secondly, the locked door "amenity" is a great ploy to make you feel safe. Some of the doors around the building do not close all the way and allow entrance to anyone who would like a walk around the building. Furthermore, The gate in the parking garage is often broken for days at a time and allows entrance to anyone also! (No really this place is LUXURY). We made the mistake of renewing our lease and having it transferred. Upon this agreement we were assured a month early move in date, but the apartment was not made available until the standard move in date with everyone else. Prepare yourself for deplorable neighbors that party until 4 AM even after you file multiple noise complaints with their fabulous "24 hour courtesy officer". If you're lucky enough to live by party animals you could enjoy the bass rattling your floors on any given weekday. I especially enjoy the amount of false promises this place makes. They will do anything to get you to sign a lease because this place is literally so far above the renting average. If I could suggest anything, live closer to campus where the bus route is so you're not walking a half a mile to class everyday.

Thank you for voicing your concerns about your move-in experience and the amenities/cleanliness around 101 Center, Kacee. We want to apologize for any miscommunications at move-in, and let you know our team is here to make sure every resident has a 5-star-and-beyond experience. We will be installing trash receptacles in the trash rooms, as well as having two on-site employees cleaning those rooms daily. We're also happy to report that the access-controlled amenity has been check and all repairs have been completed. If there is more we can do for you at this time or any other in the future, please give our manager Shantel a call at (817) 968-3471.
