Covered screen porch on one side of the house and large stone patio with a fire pit overlooking the cove on the other side. The home setting provides a quiet and relaxing environment. Association beach is a short walk away. Enjoy nearby Fenwick Golf Course, a 9 hole public golf course, and the Saybrook Point Inn and Spa with a Four Diamond restaurant. The historic downtown is known for it's many great restaurants and the Katherine Hepburn live theatre. Pets considered on an individual basis!! Rental available January through April, and may be available for the 1st half of May at a higher rate. Less than 4 months may be considered. One bay of the garage will be available for tenant use.
