101 Park Place at Harbor Point

I lived at 101 from the very beginning, I enjoyed many years raising my children at 101 Park pl. It is a great place to call home. Merriam the Manager is totally amazing! She is so professional & always helpful, I truly miss her. I did move due to down size. I highly recommend 101 park pl. It is a beautiful place to live & raise a family.

This building is stuff night mares are made of. Under the new AJH management, it doesn't meet even the bare minimum professional standard, let alone the tag of a 'luxury' building. Highlights: 1. security - concierge are absent half the day, leave the door unmanned and DO NOT verify who is coming in to the building. Parking garage door is broken so that's another are from where anyone can come in 2. Amenities - half the equipment in the gym is broken or outdated, there is no wifi in he common areas and the fir pit doesn't work 3. Smell - horrid smell in the hallways and elevators. I wont harp on it since you WILL notice it if you are unfortunate enough to tour this property 4. General dishonesty - Nothing gets done in the day to day operations. They don't respond to emails, don't do maintenance request on time, turn off the ACs in the hallways during peak summer etc etc I could go on and on but i hope you get the point. Please stay away from this or any other property run by AJH

I gave it 2 stars because I love the building itself. I have lived here 3 years and had a great experience. I intended to stay to renew my lease again, however new management came this past spring and there have been nonstop problems. Maintenance work does not get completed unless you hound management, fire alarms going off frequently for false alarms, lack of response/concern from the leasing office... I am not sure what the issue is, but it doesn't seem any management of the building is getting done aside from raising the rent.

Ive been a resident here for 6 months and recently the building has been taken over by new management and its horrible. Nothing gets done anymore and it shows.

We have only good things to say about 101 Park Place. Staff works as a team led by a wonderful Community Manager.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for Team 101. Any issue, no matter how minor, is attended to promptly. In addition, Greystar and Team 101 clearly are in tune with the needs of the community at large. Since April, over 1200 lbs of shelf-stable, non-perishable food items have been donated by residents here, collected by 101 employees, stored in the leasing office and ultimately delivered to the local food bank. Efforts are continuing. It is one thing to focus on the needs of your own community but trying to ease the needs of the entire Stamford community speaks volumes about the integrity and dedication of Team 101 -- especially our community manager, Danielle. Thank you all.

101 park place is an apartment complex with beautiful amenities with ocean views. Conveniently located in harbor point, it is a safe place to be!

I have lived at 101 park since the very beginning. I have enjoyed living here all these years, my kids were babies when I moved here, 101 park is a very safe and great place to live. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant to work with. Mike, Daniel, Sahra, Melinda , & Carlos are amazing.

I highly recommend 101 Park Place. There is a sense of community and quality of life that you will not find anywhere else in Stamford.

101 Park Place is a perfectly located, high-end apartment complex that offers a great sense of community and makes living very enjoyable.

101 Park Place is at the heart of the booming Harbor Point community. The building is modern, safe, clean, and well maintained, with a friendly and helpful concierge staff.

I was a resident at 101 park place for about 2 years, in almost every category this building fails to live up to its “luxury living” standards. The leasing staff is very friendly but thats about where the compliments end, the maintenance staff i would say was ok with the exception of 1 individual who residents would constantly speak about in a negative manner in behavior and overall atitude i believe his name was Kenny, but thats just the start everything inside of the apts that are upwards of $2000 for small 1 bed is very cheap! These apts were built to appear luxurious but it is very flimsy to say the least! But the area was so homey and friendly that i endured until my car was vandalized in a private parking garage! The garage situation is terrible in this building never any spots for paying residents so how is it full!? Anywho i would deal with a packed garage if my vehicle was safe but no my car was keyed all over and sugar was in the gas tank THE GAS TANK! Who does that!? Not only once but this incident happened twice! with management being notified and doing little to nothing about it! Ive since moved to a neighboring building which is much better! I will be shining positive light on them in a separate post of course. Overall i donot recommend leasing at 101 park place

I tried to bbq on Saturday night and I had to wait along with two other groups because one of the maintenance guys was using one of the bbq's with three of his friends. Are people who work at the building allowed to use the pool and sixth floor? I don't care but why on a weekend night when big wait times?

I have lived in this building since March and absolutely love it. 1. Great building management. They know me and my boyfriend by name. 2. The location is great. Our building offers a wonderful trolley to the train station and down town for free. 3. They have coffee out 5 days a week and fruit and bagels on Fridays. 4. The pool and gym are great. Everything is always clean and well kept. 5. Our apt is a great corner unit. The building was constructed very well. Our walls are concrete and you literally cannot hear anything from inside the apt. 6. The building is also very pet friendly. All of the maintenance guys know our dog by name. 7. We love the area. Great for going out and socializing. We also feel very safe here. 8. All in all living here has been a very nice experience.
