1010 Dilworth Apartments

Just moved in to a one BR with balcony. The staff and especially Curtis, the manager, were extremely helpful. The apartment is beautiful. The layout is great and everything is modern and clean. The amenities and grounds are beautiful. The pool is large, clean and a lot of chairs. There are cabanas with fans and a nice grilling station. Very pet friendly too. It is also very quiet. Everything is very secure. Also nice visitor parking. The location is excellent. Could not be happier so far. Only recommendation would be some kind of screen for balcony door.

Everyone at 1010 Dilworth has been a pleasure to work with. Arayna in particular has been super helpful in answering all of my questions and resolving any problems. So far this is one of the best renting experiences I've had.

Great area for people who like to be close to things to do! Dog friendly building! Not to mention beautiful apartments. I really love it here!

Clean, quiet, great amenities, reasonable rental rates. Excellent location.

Great location but the building hallways and garage are rarely clean, issues arise often, and the fire alarm goes off all the time and will not be shut off for hours on occasion. Overall love the location but the building is subpar.

Great community! Friendly staff and good location. Safety is a huge priority to me and I feel like its one of the safest communities.

The community is perfect for anyone that wants to live close to all the action but in a quiet, peaceful location. Also, Uptown is easily accessible from the community which is a huge perk for people that work there.

The staff here at 1010 Dilworth makes this place feel like home. Their genuine concern for your safety and comfort are top notch. They take pride in keeping the building and grounds looking great. Love this place and hate to leave it but needing to move back home next month.

I like the Dilworth Community. I haven't lived in an apartment for a long time, and I did have my concern when moving from out of state. However, our stay here has been more than satisfactory. The office and bldg staff have been amazing.

Your not going to find a better place to live in Charlotte if your renting. Between the amenities, location, professionalism by all staff members, apartment events and overall culture I couldnt have picked a better place to live.

Great spot! The decor is boutiquey rather than traditional--more West Elm than Pottery Barn--and the management and maintenance staff are always professional and friendly.

Living at this community has been a great decision! The leasing and management staff were especially considerate of my needs during the first few weeks of moving in. My apartment has been well-maintained, and I'm able to relax easily as the walls are quite soundproof. I'm glad to have found 1010 Dilworth!

The apartment just feels homey! I love our updated kitchen, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and nice walk in closet with built ins. It is across the street from a hospital, so there are some sirens, but you get used to them. I feel safe and well taken care of!

I feel like anywhere you live will have pros and cons, but I can honestly say that the staff does everything they can to help and over communicate on any issues. Additionally, maintenance requests are very timely which is nice! They all know you by name and really make it feel like home.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over two years now, and honestly I have no complaints whatsoever! The location is magnificent, honestly don’t think I could find a more central location to everything I want and need in Charlotte. The apartment management is very attentive, and goes above and beyond. And my neighbors are respectful and quiet, not like the apartment I lived in in South End, which was noisy and trashed every weekend, it felt like a frat house. Yes, this apartment is across from the hospital, but honestly, you get used to the ambulances to the point you don’t even flinch when they go by. That was my biggest concern moving here, and especially moving into an apartment in the front of the building, but I sleep soundly through them every night. I like hearing the city noise now. Love living here!

This apartment complex has an incredible staff and amazing facilities that have yet to disappoint. I use the gym every day and have always noticed how clean and organized it is, no matter how many people are using it or its equipment. I have met so many great people in this apartment complex and am so glad to call it home.

We havent lived here that long, but our experience has been great so far. Ive been encouraged to go to the gym every day since it is right downstairs. I am a huge fan of the group yoga classes and social events. It feels really homey here. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

1010 Dilworth has been way better than Yards at Noda, another grey star community where I lived previously.

I love living here. It has everything I need, close location to uptown and metropolitan center, it has a gym and common area which are clean and easy to use. I dont even need to purchase a gym membership and yet if I wanted to everything is close by. The staff are incredible!! They are so nice and so accommodating. I love being able to come home from work and really feel at ease in my apartment, 1010 Dilworth makes that possible.

1010 Dilworth is in the perfect location and makes it easy to walk to restaurants, parks, grocery stores, etc. Its so nice to have that convenience and nice side walks, too!

Apartment living can be great if you find a great apartment community with people who care about your standard of life. 1010 Kenilworth is that apartment community.

It has been a great living experience. I grew up in Charlotte and I can confidently say that this location is one of the best in Charlotte.

Compared to my previous experiences 1010 Dilworth is an upgrade compared to other communities as well as Greystar Management sets standards really high compared to competition.

1010 Dilworth is definitely the best property I have ever lived in. Not only the amenities and floorplans are nice, the management team and property staffs are amazing, professional, consistent and very helpful!

I only moved in recently, but from the moment I started working with the staff, they’ve been incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure that not only my needs were met, but I was happy and comfortable.

Solis Dilworth has very friendly staff onsite and is located in a very convenient part of town. The building is new and well-maintained. You can tell they care about making the residents feel welcomed here. My biggest concern initially was the noise from ambulances, but since they move so quickly, they are only heard for a few seconds and it doesn't really bother me. I would highly recommend Solis Dilworth

1010 Dilworth is a great community that's close to everything. The neighborhood and parks are beautiful as is the building itself.

Impeccable location-- walkable to both Uptown and the hospital. Beautiful, well-kept, 24-hour lounge and gym, in addition to amenities of heated pool, fire pit, and grill. Staff are lovely and make efforts to know each resident by name and host community events. Maintenance brings projects to completion and comes promptly at wee hours for emergencies. Only concern were inconvenient fire alarms earlier this year, which the staff have seemed to resolve.

After years of commuting to work, my husband and I moved in to Solis Dilworth 7 months ago and could not be more thrilled. The convenience to everything, the staff (office and maintenance) are all amazing, the facility itself is beautiful and I have to say, we have one of the nicest kitchens we've ever had. Great place to live with quiet neighbors.

In terms of customer service, this is a great place. They really know how to handle people professionally and will always be nice. One thing no one talks about is the fact that it is located right next to a hospital. I lived on the third floor and woke up at least once a night because of the ambulances, fire trucks and sometimes police that followed it. Entering and exiting the apartment is also a nightmare. After living there for a year, I still did not know if I could make a U turn on Kenilworth. There was always so much traffic during rush hours when you try to exit from E. Morehead, don't bother trying to make a left turn. If you must live here, request an apartment that faces the courtyard. If you haven't signed your lease yet, it's a growing market. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I have lived here for four months. The experience has been miserable. I have a major humidity problem, reaching over 67% (normal humidity should not reach above 50%), making fabric damp in my apartment. I have spoken to several others who have had mold and similar humidity issues. Also the fire alarms go off all the time for upwards of 3 hours at a time. Do not live here!! I have had no success in fixing this issue from the apartment either!

Aside from the amazing amenities, the best part about Solis for me is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are met and make things so simple, whether it's giving someone access to my apartment while I'm not home or having UPS pick up a package when I can't. The building is exceptionally clean and the residents are some of the best neighbors I've had (and all of their furry roommates!). Plus, the location can't be beat--I can walk to various grocery stores, restaurants, the greenway, and work. I couldn't be happier! #dilworthy

Nothing to say except that our experience here has been fabulous. My husband I were looking for place walkable to metropolitan but also to the hospital. This apartment is located at a perfect location for both including Freedom park and the Greenway for our four-legged friends. The staff members have been super friendly and all the requests are personally dealt with by the manager, Ben, as well as the staff team. Unlike some other apartments, it provides proportional spacious amenities for everyone to enjoy. We are ecstatic here and neighbors are just as great! #dilworthy
