In Unit Laundry Heat: Hot water radiant heat. Air-conditioning provided by the tenant if they wish with window units. Maintenance will install AC and tv wall mounts for an additional fee. Kitchen: 10 ' x 16' =/- sq ft. Appliances Include: Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Gas stove, washer and dryer. Living Room: 36" wide x 14" wide. +/- Wood burning fireplace Oak wall to wall book shelves and cabinets. A Separate Dinning Room is 10'x12" +/- Garage Parking: Two (2) car. Outdoor Space: Landscaped yard is shared by tenants (not a fenced in yard). Large shared yard and pet dog can not run freely and most certainly tenants may not relieve pets on this property.
