Other things to note: •All guests are required to complete the Rental Agreement provided and must be at least 25 years of age. •Pets are absolutely not permitted. •No daily housekeeping service. •Beach towels are not provided, and linens may not be taken from the unit. •No fires/grilling allowed on the porch or in the unit. •The condo owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises. •Use bunk beds at your own risk and use caution while using bunk beds. •Beach items are use at your own risk and items cannot be guaranteed due to guest use. Please replace anything that you lose or damage. •Ring doorbell camera located by the front door • Pest control and maintenance must be allowed entry to the unit as needed. As of September 2024, preventative spraying of the interior of each unit and the exterior occurs on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. •NO VAPING OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY.
