I have a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment 1.5 blocks from North Dakota State University. One bedroom has hardwood floors and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a double closet. The living room is hardwood floors, has a ceiling fan, and an outlet for another A/C. There is non-coin operated laundry downstairs along with some extra room for storage. I pay the S/W/G and you pay for heat and electricity. The numbers on the heat and electricity can be found by calling Xcel and they can give you a 12 month average and the name on the apartment "A". This is a main floor apartment that also has a large, private deck. Snow removal and lawn care are not your responsibility unless it is a walkway used only by you. There is off-street parking. No Smoking. The lease is month to month and I need 30 days notice when you are leaving. One month deposit will be required.
