Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum allowed is two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding certain breeds. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The property is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check.
