The studio features one queen bed and one sofa bed and is wheelchair accessible. Guest has access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. Explore the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods for shopping, restaurants, and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed as it is walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft or Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are recommended. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suite, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs is allowed, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
