The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed in the first bedroom, one king bed in the second bedroom, and one sofa bed in the living area. The condo is wheelchair accessible. Pets are welcome with a fee based on the length of stay. The condo includes one complimentary parking spot. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. For more information about shopping, restaurants, and other interesting places, check out Nashville Guru and look at Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods. The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum number of pets allowed is two with a combined weight of 40 lbs. No Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, or similar breeds are allowed. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined. Guests must provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. The primary person booking must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violations. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
