Despite the free parking spot, a car is not necessary as Midtown's local bars are within walking distance. Lyft or Uber rides to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are a fun way to travel around. The condo is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside the condo, including balconies, patios, or common areas. Violations may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or losing key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance enforced by police intervention. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The condo is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) require a background search and credit check.
