Great amenities await you, including modern design infused with authentic Nashville-inspired decor, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, a Smart TV with streaming apps installed, a garden area to lounge and relax with friends, complimentary coffee, and a community garden with cabana, two outdoor TVs, a gas grill, and a fire pit. One complimentary parking spot is also available. The bedroom configuration includes one queen bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living area. The condo is wheelchair accessible. The condo is smoke-free. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. A pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Max two pets are allowed with a combined weight of 40lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. There are many places within walking distance of the building in Music Row. Old Glory and Bella Napoli are some favorites. It's recommended to look up Nashville Guru and explore the Hillsboro and Edge Hill neighborhoods for shopping, restaurants, and tons of other interesting information about where you will be staying. Despite the free parking spot, a car is not needed. The condo is within walking distance to Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft or Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. For the bold and adventurous, dockless Lime scooters are recommended for travel. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
