The common areas are truly the heart of the home, featuring a cinema room with a full cinema screen for an immersive movie night experience and a gaming room with two arcades and a pool table. Step outside to your private backyard oasis, where you can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or unwind in the indulgent hot tub. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fifth bedroom opens for groups of 8 or more guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. Landscaping is done once a week. High-speed Wi-Fi is available.
