The place is wonderful, great location and atmosphere. the only complaint I have is about the property manager britnee, not a fan of her. she will do whatever it takes to get a couple hundred bucks off you. the maintenance folk are all nice, the supporting pm's are all sweet. overall though lived here for 3 years and have no complaints of the lifestyle here

This community is fantastic! The 24/7 fitness center has a good variety of equipment, the two dog parks are perfect for dog owners, and the game room with billiards and shuffleboard is a great place to unwind. The gated parking garage adds security, and the sizable swimming pool is ideal for relaxing on hot days. The location is unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants and fun spots just a short walk away. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and fun!

I really enjoy the community and the neighborhood is prime location. Upon move in date my apartment was not cleaned i even saw an old hair tie. They had enough time to prepare the apartment for my arrival and neglected to do so. I Will give it a deep clean myself. Other than that the apartment community is nice and cool to live in

1016 Lofts move-in process was amazing. The units could use some more attention to the patched holes in the walls, but the tall ceilings, cement walls, and beautiful view makes up for that. The leasing team is awesome and helpful as well. Highly recommend this community!

I'm a new resident and loving my studio apartment so far! The amenities are great: a gym/fitness center with workout equipment essentials, a large outdoor pool, two dog parks, and more cool stuff. I like the rustic look & feel of the loft-style rooms. The leasing staff are really nice and sweet. Great location being in West Midtown with close proximity to entertainment and great spots to eat. Also, a shopping plaza with a grocery store, pet store, and other shops is just down the road. Doesn't get much better than this.

The elevators can use a monthly deep clean. Some animals will relieve themselves in the elevator and owners just leave it there. Over time that smell sits making the elevators nasty. I’ll also suggest repainting the stair wells to go with the new building aesthetic and look. Also, there are old vehicles in the parking garage that haven’t been moved for months. There’s an old pickup truck with wood planks holding in place. Has the owner been contacted to validate they are still a resident? Are we able to open up more visitor spaces that are properly labeled?

I recently had the opportunity to live in an apartment complex for a year, and overall, I had a decent experience. The location of the complex was quite convenient, with easy access to essential amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff is great! My only complaint is the dog waste and elevator operation. The neighborhood is super accessible and walkable and the other tenants are very friendly.

The staff in the office is exceptional at making sure my needs are taken care of in a timely manner. They communicate any issues and always welcome me with smiling faces. I appreciate them greatly for that. Maintenance also makes it a point to go above an beyond. Matt came in to fix one thing and left fixing three without me having to ask! 10 out of 10 I do recommend.

Noise, Mold & Mildew, and More
Lived here from July 2020 to June 2021. I am but a simple tenant sharing my honest experiences here: no opinions are present in this review. Here's what I have to say about this place to future tenants: If your future apartment is on the side of the complex that faces the parking deck, beware that the noise from loud car engines, construction, and Compound and Republic Lounge will be consistent throughout the week. The mugginess of the concrete ceiling, walls, and floors will create mold and mildew if you do not have a hefty dehumidifier or have the fan running at all times. Be aware that the turnaround time for management to respond to phone calls and emails is quite long, lasting upwards of a few days. Furthermore, maintenance requests will take just as long as well. For example, I had a maintenance request entered Jun 7 of this year to fix a broken washing machine and the work was done July 5th. This apartment complex utilizes Fetch Delivery, a third-party package management company. You will have to enter the Fetch warehouse as your delivery address for any packages. Afterward, you must coordinate a time with them to leave the packages by your door. In my opinion: do not seek a lease with this complex.

Don’t Move Here!!
If I could give a 0 I would. It’s run poorly by the most unqualified management team possible. Even if you could look past the management office, Friday - Sunday nights are horrible. If you are not home by 8pm then expect to sit in traffic less than a block from the apartments. They don’t enforce their own parking rules, so even once you’re in the gate after an 20-30 minute traffic jam, you have to drive around the parking deck to find a spot not taken by nonresidential in the residents parking spaces. Once you’re finally in your apartment you get to hear the wonderful sounds of drunk people yelling until 6am. And if you’re lucky, your windshield won’t be shattered when you go to it the next day. Oh the joy! Maybe if I didn’t have to deal with incompetence from the property management team it would make me be able to deal with the noise and traffic. They never answer the phone, never return calls, and respond to emails maybe once every week or two. We had to pay for a water leak in our own apartment because maintenance was only doing emergency work orders and apparently our tub running nonstop wasn’t an emergency. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. I wish we did.

After living in... (Verified Renter)
After living in many complexes, 1016 exceeded expectations. Whenever something in the main areas were broken, things were quickly fixed and the property was well maintained. Also, the maintenance staff goes ABOVE and beyond compared to other properties. Keith and Chester are phenomenal (and the others too, but I know those 2 the best!). The only big issue with the property is using OnePoint...it's def a ~50% premium over GA power.
