Tenant pays all utilities. Section 8 is excepted if they approve the unit, tenant, and home. We will not pay or do any thing extra for section 8. We will not sign a contract with them. We how ever will except there payments on behalf of the tenant if they choose that. No we will not except cso for deposit and first months rent.
