Prefer no pets but will consider ONE SMALL dog or cat with a non-refundable pet fee (no snakes, rodents, monkeys (even though I LOVE monkeys) ferrets, etc. $1800 deposit (can be split between 1st and 2nd months rent) and $1800 per month (including first $200 of utilities: electric/gas/water) PM me for a showing.
