The newly renovated bathroom is custom designed, with 100% ring spun luxury cotton towels provided. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with Hulu live, Netflix, and Disney+. In the lush backyard, there is an outdoor dining set with seating for up to 6, a hammock lounger, and a large patio umbrella. Guests have access to the entire home and dedicated backyard space. Free street parking and driveway parking for two spaces are available. Located in College Park, this home offers easy access to Orlando's best attractions. Winter Park Village is a quick 5-minute drive, Downtown Orlando is 10 minutes away, and major attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios are only 20 minutes away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods for up to two loads are provided. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. The home features a smart lock for convenient 24/7 self check-in, allowing for a seamless work-from-home experience.
