The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal, complete with high-end appliances, including an electric range. The coffee bar has everything you need for your perfect cup, including a Keurig machine with capsules and packets of tea. The open floor plan dining area includes barstool seating for two at the gleaming white countertops. Large windows provide beautiful natural light, creating a calming and relaxing space. A brand new AC unit ensures your stay will be cool and comfortable. A complimentary washer and dryer are available for your use. The newly renovated bathroom is custom designed to be a gorgeous space to get ready for the day, with q-tips, cotton pads, and more for your convenience. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied, along with 100% ring-spun luxury cotton towels. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and Hulu live, Netflix, and Disney+ are all available to you. In the lush backyard space, there is an outdoor dining set with seating for up to 6, a hammock lounger, and a large patio umbrella. String lights hang above for that perfect evening ambiance. Guests have access to the entire home and dedicated backyard space. Free street parking and driveway spaces for two cars are available. Located in College Park, one of Orlando's best neighborhoods, this home is moments away from craft beer bars, a brewery, AdventHealth Orlando, the Science Center, and the Museum of Art. You'll be in the center of it all, with Winter Park Village just 5 minutes away, Downtown Orlando 10 minutes away, and both Amway Center and Camping World Stadium 10 minutes away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, but coffee is not included. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
