Just one block from the State Capitol, I-Max theater, Convention Center, and is walking distance to the Golden One Center, Old Sacramento, Midtown, and A LOT of restaurants and bars. One of the few parts of town where having a car is optional, so it's great being able to just take a casual stroll home after a late dinner or movie. Lobby, elevator, and garage are secured areas that need a key fob, so it always feels extremely safe in the apartment. The unit itself has hardwood and carpeting, high ceilings and large windows. When I first moved in and a utility guy came to inspect and light the pilot for the oven, he literally stopped in the living room looking out at the view and said "Da*n, this is a nice place!"
