I'm offering a separate $2,390 towards rent independent of deals being offered by property management (one month free and $300 rebate). This is unit 407, so it's top-floor and has a good view of K Street. This apartment has an amazing location downtown on K Street so tons of things are within walking distance. Just one block from the State Capitol, I-Max theater, Convention Center, and is walking distance to the Golden One Center, Old Sacramento, Midtown, and A LOT of restaurants and bars. One of the few parts of town where having a car is optional, so it's great being able to just take a casual stroll home after a late dinner or movie. Lobby, elevator, and garage are secured areas that need a key fob, so it always feels extremely safe in the apartment. The unit itself has hardwood and carpeting, high ceilings and large windows. When I first moved in and a utility guy came to inspect and light the pilot for the oven, he literally stopped in the living room looking out at the view and said "Da*n, this is a nice place!" On that note the Stovetop is a gas range for anyone that likes to cook. I do a lot of cooking at home so this has always been a big requirement for me.
