Each room in the house has an independent heating system, so your housemates' heating preferences won't affect your room. Every bedroom also has ethernet and cable wiring. You'll even have a secure package delivery box, so your online orders will always be safe from porch pirates. This home is PET-FRIENDLY! For each pet, there is a $20 monthly fee and a one-time $225 refundable deposit. We are a small company, and we work hard to give personalized service!
