You will be less than a 10 minute drive from the lake (where you can swim/fish) plus we will recommend the best places to rent boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and more to make sure you have a great time on the lake! Again, we have plenty of room for you to park your boat/jet ski at our home & we will guide you to the closest boat ramp less than 10 minutes away. ??RESTAURANTS?? You'll be a short drive from several great restaurants on the lake + some of the most famous restaurants in Central Texas like Salt Lick BBQ and The Gristmill ??WINERIES?? There are dozens of great wineries within 30 minutes of the home - we will share our favorites with you! ??GOLF?? There are several amazing golf courses in the area that are well worth playing! ?? ??HIKING?? We will let you know about some of our favorite hiking spots so you can get pictures you'll always treasure! ? No Parties or Large Gatherings while renting - we want you to have an amazing time at the home, but we also want to make sure we remain good neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours of 10pm - 7am and move the fun inside at night. ? For your security, we have Outdoor Security Cameras in the front and back of the home that record video/audio + Patio area by pool *Your privacy is extremely important to us - We never watch or listen to the footage unless we get a complaint or the property is damaged. There is also a device that monitors noise levels but doesn't record audio (NoiseAware). ? This is our family home so please treat it with respect and return it in the same condition you found it. Heating the pool costs $200 per day to get to 85 degrees - please let us know before your stay if you would like us to heat it up.
