Living Room/Office: To the left of the entryway is an office if you need to get some work done while away from home. Spend your downtime in the large living room offering plush couches inviting you to linger in front of the TV or enjoy a nice chat with friends and family. From here,you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. Dining Room: The formal dining room sits next to the kitchen and has seating for six guests. Both guest bedrooms offer cozy queen-sized beds and built-in desks in each room,perfect for kids and adults. Lanai/Pool/Dock: As you enter the lanai,you will find the electric heated pool with coveted southern exposure for all-day sun and a waterfront view,giving you a feeling of peace and relaxation. There is plenty of seating available,along with two sun loungers and a hammock. If you are looking to enjoy the famous Florida sunsets,you can make your way down to the dock. Cook your dinners on the propane grill and enjoy your meals poolside at the dining area that seats six. You won't even miss any of your favorite shows with the outdoor flat-screen TV. Nestled on the western banks of its namesake river, Caloosahatchee is the heart of Cape Coral.
