The small home feels open light functional and very spacious for its size. A true treehouse vibe! Nature's habitat abounds for a variety of critters- lots of birds, deer, squirrels, etc! Read the fine print below! This ‘tiny home’ is only 424 square feet. The small bedroom is only big enough for twin bunk beds, and the king bed is in an open living room loft with low overhead beams and requires climbing a ladder! (Not suitable for everyone!) It is a king sized bed, however overhead space is limited (lower on one side), so best for one person or perhaps a fit healthy couple who likes to be close! Owner lives on property, in a separate newly built ADU guest house.
