My property unlike a lot of others is in the center of old town not 15 blocks from the action. King St. and Henry St.! Rent is $1450 per month and includes heat. This cute little apartment has retail stores, coffee shops, bars, etc. right out your door! The four 5' windows let in lots sun light. I just freshened the unit with a nice coat of light grey paint. Rear porch faces south all windows are facing west. Ceilings are 10'. You can walk to the King St. Metro which is only six short blocks or be at the waterfront in 9 short blocks. Street parking in Zone 4 for residents (parking sticker only costs I think $30 per year). Pets are on a case-by-case basis please check with me. Enjoy your evenings on your own back porch. My property unlike a lot of others is in the center of old town not 15 blocks from the action. King St. and Henry St.! Rent is $1695 per month and includes radiator heat, water sewer and trash. This cute little apartment has retail stores, coffee shops, bars, etc. right out your door! New central heating (back up) and air. The four 5' windows let in lots sun light. I just freshened the unit with a nice coat of light grey paint. Floors are solid hardwood. Rear porch faces south all windows are facing west. Ceilings are 10'. I had to enter as a 1 bedroom because the site made me enter 1 or more bedrooms. It is a Jr. apartment which means the living area and bedroom (14x12) are one in the same, however it is not to be confused with an efficiency as it has a 20' hallway, large bathroom (6x12), separate kitchen(15x10), rear porch(15x10). The apartment has two entrances. You can walk to the King St. Metro which is only six short blocks or be at the waterfront in 9 short blocks. Street parking in Zone 4 for residents (parking sticker only costs I think $40 per year). Pets are on a case-by-case basis please check with me.
