A lease will be provided to all rentals regardless of term length. For leases of one year or longer tenants will pay a monthly rent of $8500 plus all utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, TV, phone, internet, lawn maintenance and snow removal). At lease signing tenants will pay first month's rent, last month's rent, and refundable damage security deposit of $8500. Shorter term rentals less than a year but more than 31 days will be considered at a higher monthly rent to be negotiated (including damage security deposit and inclusion of utilities).
