Great location: Walk right out to the white sand from the comfort of our charming building - a high-end hotel in the past, with New York-style design and tons of character. Just some steps away from Long Beach Marina and the harbor that hosts the famous Queen Mary, which makes your ocean view from the window even more spectacular! Not far away is downtown Long Beach with Pine Ave, breweries, a historic district, and more. It's within the downtown LB parameter, and also next to the water! It's also close to highway 710, minutes to neighboring areas like San Pedro, ~30' drive to Downtown Los Angeles/Santa Monica; ~20' drive to Hermosa/Manhattan beach. Else, the central LB train station is within walking distance. The train goes directly to LA downtown. Whether you are a solo renter, a couple, or a group of people, enjoy the comfortable and beautiful condo at the beach! Notes: *Renters are required to pay a one-time moving-in fee and pet fee (if any pet) and provide their IDs to the building management when checking in. * Only 1 (small) pet is allowed *Rent includes utilities (e.g., water, electricity, gas, trash). Flexible lease term (e.g., 12-24 months). A shorter-term lease (less than a year) requires a higher rate. * Rooms: 1+ room condo by the beach (1 extra spacious master bedroom + 1 extra small room as an add-on), one walk-in closet, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub. There are also chess/drawing and work tables, couch, towels, cooking appliances, and many other comforts for your use as it is a Fully furnished beach home! * Sleep arrangement: There is a very spacious master bedroom with a new queen bed, an ocean view, and windows on 3 walls (one with an ocean view, one with a neighborhood view seeing a swimming pool, and one nice street view with trees and flowers next to your window :). There is also an extra small, cute room with a twin bed - good for for sleeping - if you need it - it is again a small room, however. The couch in the living room is a pullout with a built-in mattress - after pulling it out (a very quick and easy setup), it becomes a comfy bed itself! * To get around, you can walk, bike, or scooter, or drive if you like, to the main attractions in Long beach like the marina, harbor, downtown, LB lighthouse, etc. * Parking is free street parking. You can also acquire a long-term paid (annual) parking permit in the neighborhood.
