Property Ratings at 1030 Washington
I was unable to tour this apartment as I was moving from out of town. I had the agents send me a video walk through, but what I couldn't see was how filthy this apartment was. When I arrived, I had to pick up cleaning supplies, clean for 2 hours, and was moving in until 3am. Floor was filthy, stains on counters, toiletries left in bathroom, food in the fridge and boogers on the window seal. I sent the property manager images and videos. After a few back and forth emails, he completely stopped responding. I sent a follow up email and got no response. A few days into living here, my sink caved in. The first time I tried to cook, the oven smoked so bad I had to turn it off (because of the leftover food particles from the previous tenant). I've lived in 5 apartments in the past 7 years and this was by far the most upsetting place I've moved into and the first time I have regretted signing a lease. You would think that having a cleaning crew clean the apartment before a new tenant comes in would be mandatory. I have images and videos and wish I could upload them here.
