This modernly styled home is furnished with three queen-sized beds, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, making it the perfect home for a family, students, or corporate stays. The main floor boasts an updated, modern, fully equipped kitchen where you'll be able to prepare meals with stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator comes with a built-in water dispenser, perfect for filling up your water bottle before going on a walk to Union Market. The open kitchen shares space with the dining room tables and tastefully styled living room, which has a TV equipped with streaming services and Sling. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortably sleeping two adults. You'll be able to store your clothes in the chest of drawers and pick out the perfect outfits in the full-length mirrors. Two of the bedrooms have access to a gorgeous balcony where you can experience suburban-city living. You'll love the double sinks that have been updated with sleek faucets, lights, drawers, and mirror. The shower is lined with tile and equipped with signature Lather products. Enjoy sunrise to sunset on the rooftop patio where a table with an umbrella can comfortably seat six. This home allows pets for a one-time $450 fee per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair, which must be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. We have two parking spaces available for reservation at $300 a month. Please note that neither the property owner nor management shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither management nor the owner guarantees the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity. Our home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering, or parties, a representative will respond, and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. There may be times when the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided, thus management reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
