I'm relocating and have to break out of my lease. My options are: 1) pay large penalty, 2) find someone to take over the lease. The apartments are called Arvada Station and our house is RIGHT NEXT TO LIGHT RAIL STATION http://www.arvadastation.com/index.aspx It is a 2 year old 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with a garage (people wait MONTHS to get their hands on a garage here) and monthly payment ($1455) including a garage is LOWER than monthly payment on the smallest of their apartments right now WITHOUT a garage ($1,487 - $1,768). Look at the pictures to see their pricing or feel free to check out their website or call the office. My move out date is no earlier than February 10th and the end of the lease is May 31. I'm leaving my security deposit with you, so you have that to your advantage as well. My monthly rent that you'll take over is $1455 a month and that includes: apartment, 1 car garage, sewer and water. The only thing we're paying for is electricity and it averages around $40 a month. After May 31 you will be given an option to extend the lease on new terms or leave. If you're interested, you'll need to let me know by TEXT or email no later than January 23rd and come to Arvada Station office to qualify.
