Small details that make a difference: - Locking mailbox - Floodlight illuminates landing (and more) at bottom of stairs Lots of light, lots of breeze, beautiful view, amazing sunsets, lovely neighborhood, great school district! My family lived here for 25 years and we were sorry to leave, but we needed a house with fewer stairs. I sure do miss those sunsets!
