I lived at 10401 Wilshire for 10 years and I wouldn't have lived anywhere else. The staff's friendly and always on top of things, they'd fix/replace things right away, and they always handled any problems quickly. The other residents are really great as well -- I knew all my neighbors, and it felt like a real community. Also the location is fantastic -- Westfield century city is a short walk away, and it's close to Westwood Village/UCLA. I think that's why I stayed so long. I moved on but I'll miss my time there -- it really felt like home.
I lived in a studio in 10401 Wilshire blvd. It is very spacious and everything is like brand new and works well. The managers and staff are all very nice. They are really willing to help us solve any problem. The apartment is also very safe since there are doormen 24/7.
I lived in this apartment building for 3 years while attending law school nearby. It was great!!! The apartment building is awesome. It is clean, cute, and the staff is extremely responsive + friendly. The apartment is super conveniently located. It is less than 10 minutes from UCLA, Westwood, Century City, and Santa Monica. I definitely recommend 10401 Wilshire to anyone attending grad school in UCLA or working in Century City. 10401 Wilshire is a great place to live in West LA!

Front staff are warm and welcoming. Great management. Barbara is meticulous and creates family environment. Property is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here in a one bedroom apartment.
Great place to live - I strongly recommend living here. Clean well maintained boutique style laundry room. Barbara is a fantastic manager(regional) - she keeps her finger on the pulse. Parking is well managed by friendly front staff, where they receive your packages, too. Jay, and other staff are friendly, and take care of your daily needs to help things run smoothly. Close to Holmby Park, Ucla, Mall, and great restaurants. Donuts on Wednesday mornings in the lobby!
I had a wonderful experience living at 10401 Wilshire Boulevard. The staff is exceptional and so very helpful. They always welcome you home. The building is clean and runs efficiently. They receive your packages securely and safely. The location is superb. You can be in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica or Culver City within minutes, close to UCLA and Century City. A great place to live.
Favorite apartment I have lived in the Los Angeles Area. Very kind and helpful staff with fast response time. Very safe neighborhood to live in and walk around. Lots of storage and closet space. Quiet, smoke free building with all utilities paid! 10/10!

Excellent building with great parking options. Staff is extremely friendly, responsive and willing to help. 1 bedroom apartment with patio guarantees great views in the morning and extremely spacious living area. The building itself is very close to Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood and Santa Monica, regardless of what you are willing to do, you will be able to get to the target destination in no time. I would highly recommend the property!
10401 Wilshire is a fantastic apartment building that has it all: excellent property managers, the kindest doormen/valet staff, and great living space! The one-bedroom apartment has a very livable layout with plenty of storage. It's a safe building since there is 24/7 security with the doormen. This was important to me since I lived alone and always felt safe. One of the most impressive factors is the location! The building has the most convenient location in all of LA - you are within minutes from Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, and Brentwood. If I had a minor issue, the maintenance staff would be so responsive and resolve it the next business day. I had an incredible 1.5 years living at 10401 Wilshire, and if I ever move back to LA, I'm definitely coming back here.
I absolutely loved living at 10401 wilshire. I had the most amazing unit with a great view of Los Angeles. Everyone that works in the building is extremely helpful and wonderful. The property managers are the best and are so easy to reach which is a huge perk because this is not always the case in LA. There is 24/7 security and doormen who are so kind and made me feel so safe as I lived alone. This place really felt like home. The location is also amazing. You can walk to Beverly Hills, century city, and Westwood. There is also a great park up the road. The building is very quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I could not recommend living here more!
Staying at 10401 Wilshire Building was a great memory I’ll never forget. This location is located walking distance to UCLA and a five minute drive to century city mall! All the staff were always so friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially the doormen and valet who always welcomed me back home. Safety was one of my biggest concerns and having a 24hr doorman at all times made me feel safe and taken care of. One thing that drew me to this building compared to other buildings we toured is all the great storage spaces every unit provides and especially how beautiful and updated the kitchen was. I can’t thank all the staff enough for everything they do and appreciate the wonderful two years I spent in this home! I will definitely be missing all the kind doormen and valet who consistently welcomed me back with the biggest smiles on their faces!
An awesome place first place to live in LA! The management has been great during our time here and very prompt in their responses with any concerns we had during our time here. Safety was very important to my partner and I and the 24 hour doorman/valet are amazing at what they do. We always felt safe and they were so helpful when it came to having guests over or helping us with our deliveries/groceries! This location is very centrally located so close to everything and made the commute to work or to run errands a breeze. It is walking distance from UCLA which was very convenient for my partner. We really enjoyed the views, apartment space, and the community here. Everyone is truly so nice. We are so appreciative to the 10401 Wilshire management and staff for looking out for us and taking care of us during our time there. Thank you for making our 2 year stay a memorable one!!
The room was wide with sufficient storage space, neat, and quiet. The kitchen is refurbished with brand new electronics. Considering the super convenient location along the Wilshire Blvd, the rent is affordable with one-month free option and inclusion of utilities and parking fees within the rent. My kids enjoyed to play in the close beautiful park within a walking distance. Both managers and all building staffs are always very kind and helpful. We experience no major troubles during our stay, including pest, piping, electricity, and noise related issue. Must contact with manager and have a tour if you would like to find affordable and comfortable room around this area.
