Perfect place to let the kids hang out as you enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs. You will absolutely love sitting on the private, screened back porch overlooking tree-covered lot and lake as you sip your morning coffee. Also, don't forget to cuddle up with your honey on the couch in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Bring your boat, jet skis, and fishing poles and enjoy the spacious private dock, just a short, gently-sloping walk from the house down to the lake.
