About This Property

Stainless steel oven, dishwasher and microwave is provided. Refrigerator can remain in the home for tenant use or removed at tenant's request. To view this home, you can bring a photo ID and a $50 cash key deposit to 804 West Evans Street, Florence, to pick up a key Monday-Thursday, 9am-3:30pm, or Friday, 9am-11:30am. The key must be returned within an hour. Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant. Pets are permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved. A profile must be created before an approved applicant signs a lease, even if you do not have a pet so that tenants are aware of our pet policy. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet. This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property.
