105 W Vine Street Champaign is a two-story single family Victorian home originally built in the 1880s by a local physician. It is 1,695 square feet with a nice front sitting porch and a LARGE fenced rear yard. We completely renovated the home when we purchased it. That included all new plumbing and electrical, a new high efficiency 95%+ gas furnace and central air. The kitchen does have a dishwasher. The home has two full baths – one up and one down. It has one bedroom on the first floor (with a walk-in closet). Additionally on the first floor is a living room, full bath, dining room and laundry room (with a full-sized side by side washer and dryer). The second floor, in addition to one full bath, has two additional bedrooms. The home is a mix of original refinished hardwood floors, ceramic tile and vinyl planking in the three bedrooms. We mow the lawn and provide weekly curbside trash and recycling pickup. Our office is next door at 101 W Vine and our private tenant fitness center is just around the corner at 605 N Neil. Parking is in the private driveway.
