Outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Any fines related to city ordinance violations will be paid by the guest. The person renting the house must be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs. There is an optional fee to heat the pool, which is an additional $99.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, with a minimum of 2 nights required. One pet is allowed for a flat fee of $250 per stay with a strict 30lb weight limit. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
