I am looking for a renter for the up-stairs of my home in Coon Rapids. Available February 1st. Quiet and safe neighborhood! It’s a dead end street that has a path to Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park. The house is close to 610. I work downtown and it’s a 15 minute drive. Your space would be 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including a ¾ master bath with walk in closet. Huge living room is all yours. Deck with grill and kitchen would be shared but I use a kitchenette in the basement for 95% of my cooking. The kitchen refrigerator is all yours The laundry is also shared but is on the middle level. Driveway parking. All the utilities are included plus high speed internet and Cable with HBO, Stars and Showtime. I’m 52 and work a lot. I’m quiet and keep to myself. I have 2 awesome cats but they stay in the basement. $1500 a month, only first month due at rental agreement signing with a refundable $250 damage deposit. First agreement is 6 months and provided everything works out I’ll do yearly agreements after that.
