The outdoor living spaces include multiple seating areas, a brand new hot tub, a screened-in porch, a large patio, and a fire pit, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the mountain views. Fresh towels and linens are provided, and a washer and dryer are available for guest use. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Located just a 5-minute drive from Riverside Park, a 15-minute drive from the University of Arkansas Campus, and a 20-minute drive from both Fayetteville Square and Devil's Den State Park, this cabin is ideally situated for exploring the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy hiking and river activities at Devil's Den State Park or visit the West Fork River, walking trails, and picnic areas at Riverside Park. The driveway leading to the road is steep, and all-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
