NO CATS please. Enjoy Strip views from the rooftop deck, great for viewing New Years and 4th of July fireworks. The neighborhood includes an active HOA with STRICT NO overnight street parking. You must park all vehicles in the driveway and/or garage. Fees required: First month's rent, Refundable Security deposit $2295, Nonrefundable cleaning fee $400. Pest control and garbage/sewer included. This property is managed by a responsible landlord/homeowner with property management experience. All appliances stay. A minimum of a 1-year lease.
