Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease here at Ramblewood apartments! It is a 1 bedroom/1 bath at 395 sq. ft. It is $850 a month and an easy flat fee of $100 for trash, electric, and water. The lease will last until July 2018 so it is perfect for students! The apartment has a big pool, a gym, and on-site laundry. There is parking right next to the apartment. Ramblewood apartments also has a shuttle that goes to CSU throughout the day and night so you don't have to pay for parking at CSU if you are a student. The kitchen has garbage disposal, full oven, and a great dishwasher. Animals are okay with an extra deposit. I have never had a problem with neighbors or the management. The lease take-over will be handled by the leasing office so you have to pass a background check and credit check when you apply. Let me know when you would like to the view this great place and get an application!
