About This Home
Nice 2 bedroom 1 bath Home with Large Living Room. Hardwood Floors Refinished, Bath and Kitchen/Dining Area have new Floor Covering as well. So all floors are new or re-newed. Fenced and Cross Fenced Back Yard. 2 Storage Buildings. Refrigerator, Stove, Washer and Dryer if needed, if not, I can remove them, if you want to use your own. There is a TV Tilt and Swivel Mount on the Fireplace, that can be moved to an adjacent wall (screws already there) if needed. The Chimney has been removed when the roof was replaced, so the Fireplace cannot be used. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis, and will require a 2000 dollar deposit if allowed. Sorry, I have spent 9000 dollars on the best pets ever. I cannot afford to do that anymore. There is parking for 3 cars on the property, one in a carport. There is also on street parking. There is a jungle gym in the back yard.
106 Palmer Rd is a house located in Anderson County and the 37830 ZIP Code.

Established in 1942 by the United States Government, Oak Ridge was formed to be the site of the Manhattan Project—the secret World War II program that developed the atomic bomb—and the home base for the tens of thousands who worked on the project, along with their families. Oak Ridge, sometimes referred to as “The Secret City” and “The Atomic City,” became an independent city in 1959. Oak Ridge honors its past with the Manhattan Project National Historical Park, the American Museum of Science and Energy, and the annual Secret City Festival held each June.
Located in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Oak Ridge offers residents plenty of options for outdoor recreation. The 173-mile-long Melton Hill Lake is a popular destination for rowing, boating, and fishing. Oak Ridge’s 12 scenic greenways and 16 beautiful parks offer ample space for a broad range of land-based activities. Quick access to I-40, I-75, and the Oak Ridge Turnpike connects the city to nearby Knoxville and beyond.
