About This Property

This 2 bed, 1 bath condo is approximately 858 square feet. It is located on the second level of the building. Once inside the unit everything is on the same level. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with the stove having an air fry option and Bluetooth connectivity. The kitchen cabinets are refinished and they look brand new. The wood burning fireplace sits in the corner of the living room next to the large balcony. From the private balcony you can see the mountains. Nearby trees help keep the balcony private. There is an additional storage area located on the balcony as well. The unit comes with a stackable washer and dryer in between the two bedrooms. The full bathroom was recently remodeled and has brand-new flooring. The home was built in 1983 and is located in School District 2. As with most units in Colorado, it does not have central AC. Water, sewer, and trash is included and the tenant is responsible for electric and gas. The home does have one assigned parking spot and there is overflow parking nearby. The unit is a short walk to a park with a large green space and a playground. We will allow 2 pets in the unit with a max weight of 40 pounds. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease minimum.
