Centrally located between major freeways, it is easy to get to most parts of town or out of town if the need arises. Unit is unattached in a nice, green, gated, shared backyard. Being in the center of the entertainment district, there is sometimes noise from the neighbors but otherwise the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Owner lives onsite with their family and puppy. We are looking for? A quiet, non-smoking, no pet owning (there is already a dog on the property, no need to bring your own.), person to share our little oasis in the city with.
