The lofted sleeping area is above the kitchen. The outhouse is just off the side of the parking area. 2 pets may be allowed on approval with an increased, refundable deposit. Renter insurance is required. Rent is $850/month and tenants are responsible for utilities (electric, propane, oil heat, trash removal, and water). Less than 120 miles from the Arctic Circle, Fairbanks offers the unique balance of city living on the edge of Alaska’s vast wilderness.
