Welcome to Beachway Condos! This is a gated community featuring a gym, tennis courts, HEATED SALTWATER POOL, grills and a nice courtyard area. Unit is less than 2 miles from the beautiful gulf beaches and everything you need is conveniently located. The Pinellas trail for biking/walking is 1/4 mile away, Indian shores beach is the closest beach at 1.5 miles away. Clearwater/St. Pete beaches are 7 miles away. Across the street are grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and parks. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and activities within 10 minutes. The condo itself is very roomy with plenty of space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Full kitchen with laundry in the unit and a nice balcony for relaxing. Fully furnished and utilities are included to a reasonable amount. In other words normal usage is covered, but if the tenant uses utilities excessively (usually electricity using computers/servers or water) it would have to be covered by the tenant. Rental is 30 days minimum, but 3 or 6 month lease is available as well. Rent amount is different throughout the year as there is low and high season, so it varies from $2450-$3775 depending on the month.
