About thirty minutes north of Charlotte on Interstate 77 sits Mooresville, a quiet community on the shore of Lake Norman. Known to many as “Race City USA,” it is the home to the North Carolina Auto Racing Hall of Fame, many NASCAR and IndyCar racing teams and drivers, plus several racing technology suppliers; Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kasey Kahne, and Kyle Busch are among the many drivers who have facilities in the area.
Mooresville is also home to the world headquarters of Lowes Companies, one of the biggest employers in the region. Nearby Huntersville hosts the annual Renaissance Festival, which runs from early October to late November every year. Lake Norman sits just to the west of town, providing a popular destination for swimming, boating, and fishing.

About the Listing Agent
Michael Schriver
EXP Realty LLC Mooresville
(980) 998-1126Technology has influenced change and accelerated the pace of nearly every aspect of our daily lives. In real estate, technology has provided individuals with the ability to search for homes & even take virtual tours on what can seem like a near infinite number of different websites. You can find info on homes from just across town, or anywhere across the country, all from your desk over a lunch break, or on your smartphone in the palm of your hand anytime, anywhere. What technology hasn’t changed however is the fundamental need for a knowledgeable local consultant & advocate that is 100% focused on YOUR objectives, and YOUR best interests, from start to finish during one of the most significant decisions & largest investments that you’ll likely make in your lifetime. So, congratulations you’ve found the professional you need in me! I’m Michael Schriver, and I am the agent that will help you clearly identify your unique starting point, define important first steps, and be with you throughout the journey to the finish line of your real estate transaction… and beyond. My ability to actually listen to what each client wants to accomplish, whether buying or selling, is a simple but powerful skill that will help spare you frustration, and time, in today’s fast-moving & competitive real estate market. Drawing experience from over 25+ years in sales & marketing, I deliver fast and clear communication, an unflappably even-keeled disposition, and a highly data-driven approach to negotiation for my clients. Whether you’re currently just dipping your toes in the water, or you are ready to jump right in, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and share more about my process of helping clients achieve their real estate objectives.
