Upstairs you will find the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, full bath, and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has its own bath with tub and shower as well as a very large walk in. As a tenant you are responsible for lawn and snow. All utilities will be in your name. Water/Sewer/Trash, gas, and electric. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications will be available at time of showing or online. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card.
