Although facing GGP at the busy intersection of 9th and Lincoln Way, the noise isn't bad and the location can't be beat. Within 0 to 2 blocks from the N, 44, 7, 6, and 43 lines. Nice lobby and laundry is okay (sometimes machines are broken). Building has very seventies vibe. Appliances could be updated, but it's a good value. There are about 24 units, mostly 1 bedrooms.
