Do not rent from this place. I have been here for seven months now and have no peace at all in my apartment. My upstairs neighbor has a pitbull that constantly disrupts my dwelling. The noise is awful, I'm unable to sleep or even hear the TV or conversations in my apartment. I have complained for about five months and the Manager has yet to do anything. He never replies to emails or phone calls and never resolves the concerns. He has heard recordings and the noise himself in person. The lease states no pitbulls allowed yet the pitbull and the noises are still loud as can be today. Don't let the beauty of this place fool you. The Manager does not care about the wellbeing of his tenants.
I moved out in November of 2022 and still have not received my security deposit. I was told for months that a check has been mailed and that it will take a couple weeks to receive the check. It is now March of 2023, and they are now telling me that I OWE them money. They have been billing me for rent and utilities for months after I terminated my lease. The organization and communication in their leasing office is nonexistent.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews on my experiences, but i felt like it was necessary to write a review on this one! I just moved to Florida this past year and apartment searching on top of relocating was a nightmare, the customer service in this town was horrible. I didn't know where to begin, and I was getting so frustrated. I was referred by a co-worker to Integra Shores, and wow, what a relief! The customer service was amazing from when I walked in to see the apartments, picked up my keys to my new home, and even now while I am still a happy resident here. I love the Staff, they are all so welcoming and kind, they are hands on and the property is really kept well. I also love the Resident events, they put so much effort into them and I've met so many new friends! I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all so much!

Lived here for a while and it has gotten worse every year as far as how much is charged v.s. what you get. The apartment and the staff is great. The amenities are great. The grounds are beautiful. The issue is the sheer cost for about 1000 square feet. Totally plan to move when lease is up and rent a house for what is they are charging and get a lot more space, a yard, and access to a community club house and pool. Besides the nice apartments the big sell is the amenities and even those are hard to use now. This past summer has been crazy at the pool. These college age students keep playing football across the pool and take over with loud music and loud voices which include some very bad language. I feel sorry for the families and children. I witnessed on multiple occasions children almost being hit by these footballs....these are the hard leather type not a nerf ball. Also, they bring huge speakers and play music which is not appropriate around little ears and so much for a relaxing time at the pool for the rest of us. If you enjoy a big frat party scene the pool was for you this summer. Not my thing at all. Plus this went on night and day. Integra plays appropriate music at the pool but how could you possibly hear it. The clubhouse is a bit better but inconsiderate residents and guests keep ruining the pool sticks so you can't play pool unless you bring your own pool stick. I refuse to buy one when they should be provided. They gym used to be just fine, but like the pool a group of college aged students come and take over and leave equipment all the over the floor. Once again Integra has music which flows into the gym and polite residents use ear buds to listen to music privately. Like the pool they bring speakers and blast music so you can't hear yourself think. So much for the work out to distress and relax. The final issue which really bothered me was the increased crime and police presence. It is not comforting to drive by several police cars with a suspect in the back in the middle of the day, and one night there were a lot of them and I found out someone was trying to kick in the door of a resident's apartment. I realize this is everywhere, but you except a bit more quality and safety at a luxury apartment complex. The issue is tons of people are living in apartments which are not on the lease.

The apartment's are located far enough away from the din of city life but close enough to the amenities that the city has to offer. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment complexes staff is pleasant and courteous. It's a great area to live in.
Close enough to everything without the overflow noise. I love my apartment with the spacious floorplan. The grounds are immaculate! I feel right at home, and safe, as I walk the paths each night. Peace of mind is worth every penny! The staff is friendly & courteous, they even remember my name! A refreshing change from my old place. Thank you!
My experience was good until I moved out. My only complaint while living there was that it's noisy during the day and i happen to work night shift at halifax hospital and it was sometimes hard to sleep specially when the landscaping crew was there. It is expensive to live there but it was a nice complex so it was somewhat tolerable. They like to throw in non-refundable fees for anything extra. $50 fee for a key to access the gym at night (which I returned), $50 fee to get a garage door opener (I also returned), a pet deposit (or so i thought) of I think $250-$300 and an extra $10 a month for my pet to live there. I needed an extra month after my lease ended so they put me in a month to month basis which changed my rent from $1095 to about $1400. All of which I agreed to pay so I'm not that upset about it. The big problem started when I moved out. I left mid December 2015 and today its February 18, 2016 I received an email saying that I owed $396. In this email they stated that they sent a bill to my last known address, where i obviously don't live anymore, because they did not receive a forwarding address but which I did with a phone number. They also threatened to send this claim to a collection agency. So I called them and asked what this charge was for. They stated it was for a damage to the carpet because of my dog. The area that was damaged was about a 1x1 area in the living room where my dog chewed up the carpet but they needed to replace the ENTIRE apartments carpet not just the living room. So I said just take it out of my deposit AND my pet deposit. This is where she informed me that the pet deposit is really a pet FEE and that is non refundable AND that $396 is already after my deposit has been deducted. So that bill plus the immediate threat to collection agencies (which ruins your credit) without properly trying to resolve the issue with me is what ruined my experience and view of this complex. Overall if you are willing to pay a very high price for a small apartment then this place is for you.
I personally feel that Integra shores makes the mark when it comes to luxury apartment complexes. The complex is well maintained and groomed every week. The apartments are spacious and overall it's an amazing place to live in.
I moved here because of how beautiful it is and the people that live here. My biggest problem is how rent goes up when you renew your lease. Second, the irresponsible pet owners that won't pick up their dogs' feces off the grass.
The neighborhood is nearby to shoppes and restaurants. The apartment complex itself is clean and really nice. All in all a great place to live.
As soon as I saw the place I wanted to move in. The fact that they allow big dogs is a plus. The apartments are beautiful, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The only downfall is parking is very limited at certain times of the day. But there is plenty room to take dogs out for walks. The amenities such as the pool are great. The pool is beautiful, and gym is pretty big, and the tanning bed is nice as well. It is a quiet complex. I really enjoy living here and have no complaints other than the shortage of parking spaces.
The staff at Integra Shores was wonderful to work with during the whole process of moving in. Any time we have had an issue they have dealt with any concerns right away. Maintenance is friendly and responds to requests, which can even be placed online, in a very timely manner. While visiting the office, don’t forget to enjoy the free coffee and cookies. The whole property looks like a resort and several visitors have told us we are so lucky because it is like we are on vacation all the time. The amenities are great and we take advantage of them often. The pool, grill area is very much like going away on vacation to a resort. There is even a fire pit area to enjoy at night. The clubhouse is wonderful with a full kitchen, large screen TV, and pool table/bar area. The internet café is a fun place to get together just like your local coffee house. Get your fitness on at the state of the art fitness center. The wonderful night attendant makes sure anything you need is available after the office closes! The upkeep and appearance of the community is top notch and all the residents are friendly. This is a very safe community anytime of the day or night. The apartments are wonderful with top of the line appliances and the unit is very aesthetically pleasing. The apartment layouts are very well designed with lots of places for storage and it feels like you are living in a condo rather than an apartment. Before moving in brand new carpet and fresh paint awaited us. There are even built in office nooks which are a huge space saver. Very relaxing place to come home to after a long day. Love the pet policy and the fact they are very pet friendly. There are always treats available in the office for your furry family member. We would recommend this apartment community to anyone who moves to the area. You won't be disappointed. We plan to renew our lease when the time comes!
Wonderful and up to date. More like a condo. Appliances are great, including a flat top stove. There are washer and dryers in every unit. There is even a built in desk which is a space saver.
I like the amenities and the neighborhood. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to work with you. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because sometimes they get a bit pricey and tend to charge for every little thing.

Complex has all the amenities I need! Grill, pool, nice gym, even a tanning bed to keep your Florida glow! Very close to Walmart, several Publix supermarkets, Daytona International Airport and a great mall. Very professional community with lots of doctors, lawyers, pilots living here- its convient and safe! Perfect combo for me!
Integra Shores is a great choice especially being that's it's only a little over 6 miles away from the world's most famous beach. The amenities alone are enough to fall in love with this place. I love the tropical atmosphere. It's quite and it's extremely well kept and clean. Couldn't have made a better choice.
