Welcome to Vanderbilt, a luxurious boutique condominium located in the heart of Tribeca, one of New York's most desirable areas with its charming cobblestone streets. This stunning residence boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, spanning approximately 1,950 sqft, with exposures facing North, South, and West. As you step out of the key-locked elevator, you'll be welcomed into a magnificent loft featuring exposed brick and oversized rooms. The graciously sized great room includes living, dining, and kitchen areas, filled with natural sunlight from three oversized windows facing South. The kitchen features a center island with bar seating, a vented gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with a large walk-in pantry. Elevate your living experience with blazing-fast Verizon Fios 1 Gigabit internet speeds, ideal for streaming, gaming, and working from home. This apartment also offers an in-unit washer/dryer for your convenience. Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair available upon request for an additional fee. Pets are allowed with approval and a one-time $300 charge. Tribeca is a popular filming location for movies and television shows. By the early 21st century, Tribeca became one of Manhattan's most fashionable and desirable neighborhoods, well known for its celebrity residents. Its streets teem with art galleries, boutique shops, restaurants, and bars. The oven and stove are currently inoperable, but hot plates are available for cooking. This property is on the market for sale, and in-person tours are required during your stay. Guests will be required to provide periodic tour access up to once or twice per week with advance notice. Additionally, the elevator will be under construction starting in mid-July and will be out of service for approximately 6–8 weeks. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by the housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, making it remote work-friendly.

Zoned in the shape of a trapezoid, Tribeca means “Triangle Below Canal Street,” and is known for its industrial warehouses that have been renovated as sophisticated lofts (and happen to be popular with many celebrities). Full of world-class dining and retail, the neighborhood is ultra-chic, containing an array of luxury, waterfront apartments available for rent.
Tribeca is known for being an elegant escape from the bustle of city life. In addition to its tree-lined streets and lush landscaping, Tribeca draws many families for its close proximity to Hudson Park and many award-winning public schools.
If you enjoy being able to get what you want when you want it, then you’ll be glad to know that Tribeca shops, eateries, and bars are open even later than most in the rest of Manhattan. However, you won’t find a crazy nightlife scene. Late nights in Tribeca tend to be more low-key.
The neighborhood hosts the famous Tribeca Film Festival every year.
