Decent apartment complex for student and people looking for a place to live. But leasing manager isn’t that great. I’ve had really bad experiences with living situations. The mail system is terrible. Depending on the delivery company you won’t get your mail till the leasing manager put it’s out. For example if you are expecting mail on Friday but it comes after 3 I believe you won’t get it until Monday. Or if the office is closed for some reason you won’t get it until someone’s does it. I got a jury duty letter two days before I was supposed to appear. I had to tell my job last minute.

I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, it offers a comfortable living experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants, which makes daily life quite smooth. The property itself is well kept and has little noise traffic, but the leasing managers making living here an entire hassle. The headache is not worth the price of rent. They definitely do not no how to treat their residents like proper guests. They'll use their shotty online portal as an excuse to charge you additional rent and missed payments when they make changes or have "maintenance issues". It's exhausting dealing with the passive aggressiveness of the managers instead of open communication and cooperation. Renter beware for sure.

I've lived here for 2.5 years and love it. Just be aware that because it is student housing you will have at least one roommate (separate beds and baths, shared kitchen/laundry/living room). They've reached capacity so you won't have a choice in that matter. But it is very safe and the management cares a lot about their residents.
The manager is a superb example of a competency often lacking in the apartment complex arena. For the neighborhood, 11West is supremely managed and residents are well cared for. Prices are ballin' and units are bangin'
