About This Home

$2,200 deposit, Available Apr 1

I am renting out my amazing condo in the Dickerson/East Trinity area. I've lived here for 4 years and love the space and seeing how the area is growing. The condo is 10 min from the heart of heart of East Nash and 15 min from downtown. It is a huge 3 level 1 bd/ 1 bath. The living and kitchen are on main, bed and bath on 2nd and office, laundry and roof deck on 3rd. The 3rd level could also be used as a 2nd bedroom though there isn't a door. Move in is somewhat flexible as I am moving end or March beginning of April. If you are interested please shoot me some info about yourself including social media links and we can discuss! No Utilities included. Is not pet friendly. Date Available: Apr 1st 2025. $2,200/month rent. Please submit the form on this page or contact Drew Webb at This property is managed by a responsible landlord using Avail landlord software.
